The company’s purpose is to provide technical services for industry in general; mechanical design; production of various technical manuals; advertising graphics; design, manufacture and equipment in general as well as machinery in general, production and sale of equipment, prototypes and mechanical parts for industry; design, manufacture and sale of electronic software and hardware for industry. The corporate purpose includes the hiring of agencies and representations or concessions of services connected to its corporate purpose. The company may carry out all those industrial, financial and commercial, movable and immovable transactions that the law permits, as well as purchase and transfer interests or participations in other companies, whether corporate or not. The company may also provide sureties and endorsements, pledges and mortgages as a guarantee also for third party obligations, for the sole purpose of achieving the corporate purpose. In any case, the exercise, either on one’s own behalf or on behalf of third parties, of the activities regulated by Law 2 January 1991 n. 1 and by Legislative Decree 1 September 1993 n. 385, as well as the activities that the law reserves to professionals registered in specific registers, is expressly excluded.
